This hotel is highly recommended. The location is nearby tourist attractions which can be reached by foot like Taitung Railway Art, Tiehua Music Village, Taitung Seashore Park, and Taitung Night Market. There are a lot of shops and restaurant around so it is really very convenient. The buffet breakfast is simple but fair enough. It is good to start up your day as they provide rice, soup, egg, vegetables, bread, coffee, and juice. The staff are very friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the cleaning staff. They allowed us to have early check-in which is a great relief because we were able to rest before walking around. The staff also helped us book a taxi when we are about to go home. Bicycles are also available but limited. There is also s nearby Catholic church which is great for me.

Good location. Rather dated with old carpeted rooms but the room itself was clean and very spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows were comfortable, although one person in our party complained that the bedding smelt of smoke...the rest of our group didn't notice this. There was a dead roach noticeable in the main foyer but aside from this the hotel was clean. Would stay there again.
